Another important milestone in the reconstruction of the Do X was reached in June 2025. Students from Mosbach University of Applied Sciences handed over their data to the Do X Circle of Friends. These include the respective CAD model, general drawings and parts lists. The reengineering took two semesters or 2 x 150 hours per student. A total of 3,600 hours were spent on reengineering the structure during the G11 year.

The reengineering tasks included the reconstruction of the following structural components: Spars, crossbars, skin elements, wing leading edge, wing tip, trailing edge, ailerons, auxiliary ailerons, aileron control, engine nacelle and engine nacelle supports.

However, the reengineering of the wing and the entire Do X is not yet complete. Areas of the rear wing and the wing leading edge are still missing from the wing structure. The control rods between the tail unit, wing and cockpit are also still missing from the entire Do X. The missing components are to be realised in the final G12 reengineering.
